1. Nature of Service

BeeInfo provides digital SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Once a subscription is activated, the service is considered delivered and in use.

2. Refund Eligibility

We strive to be fair. Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Applicable only for first-time subscriptions.
  • A valid technical reason or non-functionality must be demonstrated.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the system has been utilized.
  • Partial usage of the subscription period.
  • Failure to use the system after purchase.
  • Custom development or one-time setup charges.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
